Drop us a message or email via our Contact Us page. If we have availability, we will email you a booking form along with the details for the £50 deposit, this will secure the booking. A confirmation email containing event details and payment instructions will be sent to you.

Payment for your booking must be completed the day prior to your event if you opt for a bank transfer. Alternatively, we also accept cash payments on the day of your event. 

During the booking process, we'll arrange a convenient time to deliver and set up the equipment. The earliest setup time available is 11 am, depending on our schedule. 

DELIVERY

The duration of the setup process varies based on your specific booking, ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

We will provide straight forward instructions on how to operate the equipment and also supply a set of guidelines for you to keep handy throughout your event.

For outdoor daytime bookings, it's crucial to ensure proper shading of the screen to ensure optimal picture quality. We offer a solution by providing a blackout gazebo with side walls, available at an additional cost, to address this issue. Please ask us for more information. 

COLLECTION

We will dismantle and collect the equipment at a time agreed during the booking process (latest collection time is 10am next day). After collection we will test the equipment to make sure no damage has been caused (excluding fair wear and tear) and your £50 safety deposit will be refunded within 2 working days.

We value any feedback and encourage our customers to submit a review of their experience via our Facebook page or Google reviews. We offer 10% discount on your next booking if you leave a review.

You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled  delivery date. Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

We can link our projector to your personal smart device, as long as it's HDMI compatible (such as a laptop, smartphone, tablet, game console, Firestick, or DVD player), offering you limitless choices for viewing. Popular applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and BT Sport are all compatible, provided you have a stable mobile network or WiFi connection. 

We are based in Darlington, and we offer delivery services within a 20-mile radius, which is already included in the package price. If your location is beyond this radius, we can accommodate delivery to areas further away, but there will be an additional mileage charge for customers.
